About the Role:

Personal Project Assistance responsibilities include assisting clients in their onboarding queries, getting the required information from the clients, and recommending solutions. To be a successful project assistant, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn clients’ trust and also an excellent multitasking specialist. 

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent onboarding and billing support during all after-sales procedures.

Job Description

Requirements:

Attention to detail and reporting skills
Clear and concise writing and communication
Managing Processes
Fast learner, dependable, and detail-oriented
Two or more years of experience in a role working through a queue is preferred
Team spirit
Strong organizational skills. Being able to manage multiple client cases at once
Comfortable diving into technical concepts and working with data and spreadsheets
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify available information
Reach out to clients to collect documents/information in the onboarding process (via Call, Email, Chat)
Prepare onboarding kits (e.g., general information, instructional videos, contact list, etc.)
Organize and schedule appointments
Ensure utmost confidentiality while handling the onboardings
Address new client queries regarding their onboardings
Introduce team members to clients
Follow the department head’s instructions and guidelines
Ensure new clients have access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software
Uphold all verification details on the dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles
Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropriate team
Adapt to evolving requirements and internal policies, and operations
Manage Billing and other administrative work as and when required

Preferred:

Experience in admin support, onboarding, or data management roles
Familiarity with U.S.-based buComfortable with spreadsheets and structured work queues
