About the Role:

Harra Inc. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide full support to the team. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations β€” managing schedules, files, communications, and ensuring that requests are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Knowledgeable in:

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Trello, Slack, Zoom
Excel and PowerPoint
Canva (basic to intermediate level)
Fast learner and self-starterβ€”able to take initiative without being told
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Computer-literate and comfortable with remote tools
Reliable, responsible, and can work independently

Job Description

Qualification

Female, with 6 months to 1 year of Virtual Assistant or Administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fast learner, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills. Being able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable diving into technical concepts and working with data and spreadsheets
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team with various administrative tasks
Manage schedules, set appointments, and send reminders for meetings or events
Organize and maintain Google Drive folders and company files
Create or update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
Track and update data using Excel or Google Sheets
Manage project boards using Trello and communicate via Slack
Be present and assist during virtual meetings or training sessions on Zoom
Conduct follow-ups via email or chat when needed
Coordinate and assist with reports, data transfers, and internal documentation
Support other administrative or operational needs as assigned
