Harra Casan Ditucalan-Mandangan is the owner and founder of Harra Inc., a business founded out of her desire to develop Filipino talent and open doors. She fulfilled her late parents' wish for her to pursue a career in nursing, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. This experience helped to shape her discipline, resiliency, and sense of purpose. Through her work, leadership, and support of career empowerment, she carries on her father's legacy today.

She gained extensive experience in website development, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, content production, graphic design, customer success, administrative support, and business operations throughout her career. Her role as Key Account Manager and Trainer for TheraNow expanded her knowledge of telehealth systems, healthcare virtual assistance, and HIPAA compliance, allowing her to provide VAs with precise, honest, and practical technical training.

Harra began her professional career in 2010 as a BPO outbound agent and has steadily advanced across multiple industries, including customer service, marketing, operations, consulting, healthcare, and digital services. She has worked for reputable companies including IVT, American Marketing Solutions, TSD Global Inc., Xpertz Global Solutions, Bleeps (PH & Singapore), Triple I Consulting, Crisalix Virtual Aesthetics, ChatPatient, Local Social Pro, TheraNow, and DeVore Recruiting.
