By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Services

Our company provides pest control services as described on our website. By requesting our services, you agree to abide by our service terms and any additional agreements made between you and our company.

Payment

  • Payment for our services is due upon subscription to a selected plan, custom package, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A one-time setup fee may apply, which will be billed at the start of the engagement.
  • We accept all major payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other commonly used digital payment platforms.
  • Monthly service fees and/or VA salaries are billed in advance unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  • Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients are charged a one-time setup fee upon signup, which covers recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, tool integration, and initial VA training. The setup fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • After setup, clients are billed in advance for their monthly service plan/package, which includes Virtual Assistant services, dedicated account management, payroll handling, and ongoing support.
  • To cancel your service plan, you must send a written cancellation request by email to billing@harrainc.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.Failure to provide this notice will result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle. Cancellations made after that point will only take effect starting with the following billing cycle.
  • Inactivity or lack of task assignments does not constitute cancellation. Unless a cancellation request is properly submitted, services and billing will continue.

Upon confirmation of cancellation:

  • No future payments will be processed after the effective cancellation date.
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial month refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be issued.

Harra Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, without refund, in cases of violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Liability

Our company is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for damages to property or belongings caused by pests.

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days for resolution.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts in the Philippines, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
