Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Service Fees: Refund requests for ongoing monthly service fees must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date by emailing us at billing@harrainc.com. Failure to provide timely notice will result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.
  • Setup Fees: All setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover recruitment, onboarding, and training costs initiated immediately after your purchase.
  • Trainings: Fees associated with training sessions provided by Harra Inc. are also non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  • Completed training or onboarding services
  • Partially used monthly service periods (no prorated refunds)

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please:

  • Email billing@harrainc.com with your company name, package, and payment details.
  • State clearly whether you are requesting a cancellation or refund, and the reason for your request.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Any third-party processing fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.
