Alawi Pumbaya Mandangan, fondly called Kuya Awe, is the co-owner and co-founder of Harra Inc. Coming from a family of leaders and public servants, he carries a proud legacy of service and responsibility. He is the grandson of the late Governor Linang Dimakuta Mandangan, the first governor of Lanao del Sur, and the eldest son of Datu Samsodin Macaindig Mandangan and Bae Rohaniya Barabadan Pumbaya.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in politics and community leadership, Alawi inherited not just a name but also a mission—to help others succeed and build meaningful change. Friends and family know him for his humility, generosity, and drive to open opportunities for those around him.
