Founder & Owner, Harra Inc.
Princess Djahara Casan Ditucalan is the founder and owner of Harra Inc., a company she built out of passion, perseverance, and her deep desire to create opportunities for others. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Far Eastern University, she honored her late parents, Engr. Ali Bedar Basar Sarip Gumlang Ditucalan and Hadja Sapia Anarig Casan Dirindigun Dimapunung, by fulfilling their dream for her to finish nursing, even though her own childhood dream was to become a pilot. That choice instilled in her discipline and resilience—values that continue to guide her as she forges her own path. Today, one of her greatest motivations is to continue her father’s dream of building a lasting legacy. Even though he is no longer here, Princess carries his vision forward with every step she takes.
Her professional journey began in 2010 when she entered the BPO industry as an outbound agent. From those early days, she steadily grew her skills and career, moving from customer service to marketing, operations, consulting, healthcare, and leadership. She worked with companies such as IVT, American Marketing Solutions, TSD Global Inc., Xpertz Global Solutions, Inc., Bleeps, Bleeps Singapore, Triple I Consulting, Crisalix Virtual Aesthetics, ChatPatient, Local Social Pro, TheraNow, and DeVore Recruiting. Each role taught her something new—how to connect with clients, how to manage teams, how to build strategies, and how to adapt across industries. Along the way, she also built her own call center, Al-Phia, proving her determination and commitment to creating jobs and opportunities in her community.
Her experience is not only wide but deeply rooted. She learned the technical side of digital work, mastering website development, SEO, social media management, content creation, paid ads, blogging, graphic design, customer support, and administrative services. Her time in healthcare-related outsourcing, particularly with TheraNow as Key Account Manager and Trainer, allowed her to bridge her nursing background with virtual assistance—training others in telehealth support, HIPAA compliance, and medical systems. This gave her a unique edge in the VA industry, as she understands both the corporate and healthcare landscapes.
Beyond her career, Princess has always been recognized for her leadership and dedication. She was a valedictorian, a leadership and intelligence awardee, and even received recognition from former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. She served as Philippine Youth RCI President in 2011, earned a Rotary Club International Volunteer Youth Award, and has competed at a regional level in Taekwondo. These achievements reflect her lifelong commitment to excellence, service, and discipline.
Through all these experiences, Princess realized her greater purpose: to use what she has learned to help businesses grow while empowering aspiring Virtual Assistants to build their own success. This vision gave birth to Harra Inc., a company that not only provides world-class support to clients but also opens doors for Filipinos who dream of a sustainable career in the virtual space. For Princess, Harra Inc. is more than a company—it is the embodiment of her father’s legacy, her personal journey, and her promise to help others take flight.
