Meet Lourdes Mae Navarra

Lourdes plays a vital role in supporting Harra Inc. as it pursues its goals and objectives, ensuring projects remain organized and clients receive the care and assistance they need. With a background that blends administration, digital work, and training, she brings both structure and creativity to the team, helping the business and its clients thrive.

A graduate of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Lourdes finished her studies as Cum Laude. From an early age, she showed a natural drive for leadership, actively participating in school and youth organizations, and later contributing to the City Youth Development Office/Youth Affairs. These experiences shaped her strong communication and leadership skills, which continue to define her professional journey.

Her career began in a faith-based organization, where she served as an Administrative Assistant and Pastoral Care staff. In this role, she organized events, delegated responsibilities, and traveled across regions to conduct training and guide teams. Over time, Lourdes transitioned into the digital space, building a portfolio as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Executive Assistant. She has since collaborated with clients in diverse industries—from fitness and coaching to business support—delivering both creative and administrative solutions with reliability and care.

Guided by values of integrity, commitment, and service, Lourdes believes that success is not only about meeting deadlines but also about creating value, giving hope, and leaving a positive impact.
